Save the file to your desktop.
Visit ftp://ftp.midvalleypress.com to log-in using the username mvpguest and password mvpguest.
Go to the top menu tool bar on your screen and click on View.
Then Click on Open FTP site in Windows Explorer.
Drag the file from your desktop and drop it onto our FTP. You should get a message that the file is copying.
